Successful people are simply those with successful habits and this is especially true in the dating world if you keep some simple habits.
1. Outer shell :
Put simply, body language is the unspoken element of communication that we use to reveal our true feelings and emotions.
Also, Fashion and fitness are the easiest most effective ways that any guy can instantly look more attractive if they optimize for it. Now in 2021, you should dress in a way that stands out in a positive way but you don't need to take it overboard. You should stand out but in a cool way not in an over-the-top flamboyant.
I honestly think the most optimal body type to attract women is simply being lean. You don't need gigantic muscles or bowling balls for your biceps you just need to be in reasonably good shape maybe slightly athletic looking to where you can look good in a t-shirt.
Stick to the basics like diet, training, supplementation and recovery. I promise if you get your fashion and your fitness down then your dating life will instantly improve.
2.Skin care :
Sticking to the theme of your outer shell besides fashion and fitness like i just mentioned skin care is just as important in your dating life . One who having a skincare routine goes a long way in looking more attractive to women.
A men tend to peak in their physical attractiveness anywhere from 27 to 37. But that's only true if you actually take care of yourself to stay youthful looking trust me, you don't want to be that guy who's 28 but has wrinkles on his face and bags under his eyes to look 35. It'll simply limit your options especially later on when you're actually 35 but look 45 the earlier.
You start with skin care the easier your dating life will be especially. If you want to go for a girl who's maybe a few years younger than you.
3. Active listening:
The final habit is you need to adopt in order to get your dating life to the next level is active listening.
I notice a lot of the time when i work with students observing their interactions that they're not really observing the girl. They're waiting for their turn to talk this is super common because most guys are not natural around girls. They don't trust themselves to be naturally smooth and so they resort to memorizing lines or having to plan out everything. They'll say to the girl and it always ends up looking forced and awkward.
Actively listening to see face , you should always be observing the little micro expressions on face. You'll be able to actively listen and observe any person in any situation and that is a priceless skill that you can apply to dating, friendship, business.
